• Answering and monitoring multiple phone lines.
• Communicating thoroughly, accurately, and compassionately with clients, other clinics, and the internal team regarding medical questions and concerns.
• Performing thorough medical documentation.
• Providing customer service and support to clients in the clinic, via email, chat, and phone.
• Managing client scheduling using Cornerstone.
• Working effectively in a team setting.
• Maintaining organization and multitasking while assisting multiple clients.
