About The Position

The Animal Emergency and Specialty Center of NWA is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join their fast-paced animal emergency team. This role is crucial for client and patient interactions, providing top-tier customer service and compassionate care during stressful moments. The CSR will act as a calming presence, master de-escalation techniques, collaborate with veterinary staff, and participate in ongoing training.

Requirements

Experienced Receptionist with a minimum of 1-year veterinary experience preferred.
Must be available for both day and weekend shifts as the hospital is open 24 hours.
Compassionate and calm team-player.
The ability to multi-task.
Strong communication skills are a must!
Highly organized and possess computer skills.
Self-starter with the desire to continue to advance your knowledge and skillset.
