About The Position

Since 2014, Alpha Veterinary Services has proudly provided compassionate, high-quality veterinary care to pets and their families throughout the Uniontown community. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Client Service Representative to join our team on a part-time schedule. As the first person our clients interact with, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience while helping our hospital run smoothly.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer and data entry skills
Professional phone etiquette and a positive, friendly attitude
Ability to remain calm and organized during busy periods
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
A genuine passion for helping people and caring for pets

Nice To Haves

Veterinary, medical, or animal care experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Greeting clients and their pets with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
Managing a high volume of incoming phone calls while providing outstanding customer service
Scheduling appointments and coordinating the daily appointment schedule
Processing payments and accurately handling invoices and financial transactions
Maintaining accurate client and patient records within our practice management software
Communicating effectively with doctors and medical staff to relay messages and client updates
Answering client questions and assisting with general inquiries
Keeping the reception area organized, clean, and welcoming
Multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced veterinary environment while maintaining attention to detail
