Veterinary Coordinator - Internal Medicine
About The Position
PVESC is seeking an Internal Medicine Client Coordinator to support its newly built 42,000-square-foot emergency and specialty hospital in Falmouth, Maine. The role is suited to someone with veterinary experience, strong organizational skills, and a positive approach to client service. The coordinator helps keep communication flowing among clients, referring veterinarians, doctors, and technicians; reviews patient records and helps identify urgent concerns; maintains accurate patient information; audits records, referral reports, charges, and diagnostics; and serves as a resource for Internal Medicine procedures and protocols. This is a full-time position scheduled Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Compensation is $22–$34 per hour, based on experience and licensure. A sign-on bonus may be available based on experience and licensure.
