Requirements

  • Proven experience as a practice manager, office manager, or in a similar role in a veterinary setting is required.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and team development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with staff, clients, and vendors.
  • A passion for animal care and exceptional client service.
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

  • CVPM certification or a degree in business administration/management
