About The Position

Pearland Pet Health Center is seeking a compassionate, organized, and customer-focused Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and patients. This role is essential in creating a welcoming experience while supporting the daily operations of our veterinary hospital.

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service, receptionist, or veterinary experience preferred.
Veterinary reception or animal care experience.
Knowledge of veterinary terminology.
Experience with veterinary practice management software.
Cash handling and scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism.
Answer multi-line phone systems and respond to inquiries promptly.
Schedule appointments and coordinate hospital workflows.
Check clients in and out while ensuring accurate medical records.
Process payments and maintain financial transactions.
Educate clients on hospital services, wellness programs, and preventive care recommendations.
Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and other team members.
Manage emails, appointment reminders, and client follow-up communications.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Support the hospital team with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
