We’re on the hunt for a friendly and enthusiastic Veterinary Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our clinic. In this vital role, you'll ensure our clients and their pets receive the best care from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients
  • Process invoices payments
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history
  • Determine the status of the patient’s immunizations and tests
  • Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on the patient’s arrival and necessary treatments
  • Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by a veterinarian
  • Accurately input data into computer software
  • Schedule: Morning (7:15a-3:15p) and evening (12p-8p) shifts and every other Saturday
  • Some tasks may be assigned or reassigned as policies and procedures change
