About The Position

This role is not just about managing a team, but about shaping the entire client experience at an advanced specialty veterinary hospital. The Client Care Supervisor will take ownership of the first and last impression of the hospital, aiming to create an unforgettable client experience. This position is crucial for building trust, easing stress, and initiating relationships with clients during vulnerable moments. The role involves leading a high-impact client care team, influencing hospital-wide communication, and creating a positive culture. The supervisor will be hands-on, leading from the front.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small but mighty client care team.
  • Elevate the front desk into a high-performing, client-centered operation.
  • Design and implement workflows that improve both efficiency and compassion.
  • Partner across departments to ensure seamless communication and care delivery.
  • Own scheduling strategy based on real-time hospital flow and demand.
  • Handle complex client situations with empathy, professionalism, and confidence.
  • Oversee financial processes, including daily and periodic reconciliations.
  • Play a key role in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
  • Drive engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
