About The Position
Friendship Hospital for Animals is seeking a composed and compassionate Dermatology Coordinator to support its dermatology team. The coordinator helps ensure smooth patient flow, effective case coordination, and clear communication with medical teams. Serving as an intermediary between the medical team and clients, the coordinator helps provide a seamless client experience from beginning to end. The role includes taking referrals, communicating with clients, and coordinating appointment flow. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with no holidays, weekends, or on-call shifts.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary medical team.
