About The Position

Arista Advanced Pet Care in Asheville is seeking a Veterinary Cardiologist for an ownership or associate opportunity. This is an opportunity to join an extraordinary group of clinicians who are building a modern emergency and multispecialty hospital. The founding ownership group includes specialists in emergency, internal medicine, and surgery, with a fourth specialty to be announced. They are committed to practicing excellent medicine, fostering a supportive culture for talented professionals, and building a trusted resource for the veterinary community. The hospital will utilize advanced technology such as Scribble for ambient dictation and Instinct as its EMR and PIMS. Production is paid monthly with a transparent dashboard for tracking numbers. The role offers a path to ownership with meaningful participation in local decisions and shared value creation, or an associate position with significant influence over medical practice. There are no non-compete clauses for associates.
