About The Position

Puget Sound Veterinary Specialty & Emergency (PSVS) is seeking a Boarded Veterinary Cardiologist for its specialty and emergency hospital on the Olympic Peninsula. PSVS provides referral and emergency services to much of the Gig Harbor/Tacoma area, with specialties in Surgery, Neurology, Oncology, and Internal Medicine. The hospital has a fully equipped and staffed ER and ICU to support patient care. The ideal candidate is collaborative, self-motivated, enjoys community outreach, and is willing to promote and maintain an outstanding hospital culture. The role offers the opportunity to work in a growing, well-equipped, state-of-the-art facility alongside a skilled group of specialists and emergency colleagues. Daily morning case rounds support continuous learning, and regular continuing education is offered. The support staff are highly trained and enthusiastic about continuing education. Compensation is $225,000–$275,000 USD.
