Veterinary Assistant - Internal Medicine
About The Position
VCA Alameda East Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Assistant for its Internal Medicine department in Denver, Colorado. The role supports the department’s technicians with appointments, patient care, technical duties, and client communication. The hospital emphasizes outstanding, innovative patient care and offers hands-on learning, didactic training, collaboration on case management and treatment, multi-modal monitoring equipment, and advanced technology including CT and MRI. This is a part-time weekend position working Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. The hospital seeks someone interested in joining a family-like team and contributing to patient care. Requirements
- A strong interest in oncology and the ability to apply knowledge and advance quickly for new graduates.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Internal Medicine team and technicians during appointments.
