About The Position

Requirements

• Experience as a Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant.
• Confidence taking histories and managing exam rooms.
• Ability to prepare vaccines and safely handle animals using fear-free practices.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and effectively.
• Understanding of the importance of client education.
• Ability to perform or knowledge of drawing blood, placing IV catheters, and operating in-house laboratory equipment.
• Comfort talking with clients.

Responsibilities

• Take patient histories and manage exam rooms.
