About The Position

PriorityPet is seeking entrepreneurial veterinarians to partner with the company, become Medical Directors, and build an urgent care practice together. The role offers immediate ownership and equity opportunities with no out-of-pocket cost. PriorityPet will provide a new building, state-of-the-art equipment, and business support, while veterinarians retain medical autonomy and lead their hospital’s culture. The location is flexible, and the position includes team leadership, high-quality veterinary care, and mentoring other veterinarians.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Active veterinary state license.
• At least 3 years of veterinarian experience.
• Current DEA License and USDA Accreditation, or ability to obtain them upon hire.
• Compassionate leadership experience and willingness to manage a team.
• Effective communication skills and a commitment to high-quality medicine and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PriorityPet to build and lead an urgent care veterinary practice as its Medical Director.
• Manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture aligned with the company’s core values.
• Provide high-quality veterinary medicine while exercising medical autonomy.
• Communicate effectively and mentor other veterinarians.
