About The Position

Ace Animal Clinic has served its community for over 32 years, providing compassionate, community-centered veterinary care in a close-knit, high-volume general practice. The clinic sees an average of 16 to 18 patients per veterinarian per day, with a case mix that includes wellness, surgery, dentistry, and general practice care. The team is experienced and collaborative, with strong partnerships between veterinarians and leadership and a support staff ratio of two to three technicians per veterinarian.

The veterinarian will practice with medical autonomy and deliver a spectrum of quality care that meets clients where they are. The clinic offers in-house diagnostics and a surgical suite, with an evolving equipment base. The role is supported by an engaged practice leadership team and offers opportunities to partner on broader initiatives and grow within the organization.

Compensation includes a $140,000 base salary plus production, with additional earning potential through a long-term incentive cash program. There is no negative accrual. The clinic also offers operational support, continuing education support, flexible scheduling, and relocation assistance and sign-on bonuses where available.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
