About The Position

Maitland Animal Hospital and Corrine Drive Animal Hospital are seeking a full-time veterinarian to split time between the two sister hospitals in the Orlando area. The role offers a broad caseload and collaboration with both hospital teams. Patients are dogs and cats, and services include wellness care, dentistry, surgery, internal medicine, allergy and dermatology, laser therapy, and urgent and emergency care. The hospitals are part of OrlandoVets, a four-hospital group with more than 20 years of pet-care experience in Central Florida.

The hospitals operate Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with rotating Saturdays and Sundays closed. The schedule will be developed with the veterinarian. Six experienced colleagues work across the two hospitals, providing a collaborative and supportive clinical environment. The veterinarian can develop interests in the range of services offered. Partnership pathways may be available to the right candidate through Veterinary Practice Partners.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid veterinary license in Florida, or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide veterinary care for dogs and cats across two hospitals in Maitland and Orlando.
• Deliver or participate in wellness care, dentistry, surgery, internal medicine, allergy and dermatology, laser therapy, and urgent and emergency care.
• Collaborate with colleagues across both hospital teams.
