They practice both Eastern and Western medicine, taking a holistic approach to care that treats the whole pet, not just the symptoms. The position is located in Apopka, FL, a growing community with small-town charm and big-city perks, offering lakes, trails, and a slower pace of life while keeping you close to Orlando.

Requirements

• 2+ years of practice experience
• Growth mindset

• Strong interest in surgery and ultrasound
• Communicate with compassion and clarity, helping pet owners feel informed, supported, and confident in their pet’s care.
• Thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with technicians and support staff to deliver excellent patient care.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail when diagnosing, treating, and interpreting medical findings.

• Proactive about preventive care and passionate about educating clients to support long-term pet health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate care for pets and their people.
• Perform physical examinations, wellness care, and preventive medicine for dogs and cats.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions using evidence-based veterinary medicine.
• Develop personalized preventive healthcare and vaccination plans.
• Perform routine soft tissue surgeries and/or dental procedures.
• Partner with pet owners to educate them on treatment options, nutrition, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Build lasting relationships with clients through compassionate communication and medical expertise.
• Foster a positive, collaborative hospital culture that supports teamwork, learning, and exceptional patient care.
