Requirements
- Veterinary Medical Degree (DVM/VMD or foreign equivalent)
- State licensure that is in good standing OR eligibility for such licensure; To include all states for clinics worked.
- A passion for Bond Vet’s mission to provide a superior vet experience for both patients and employees.
- The ability to multi-task with a high degree of integrity and accountability.
- A collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities
- Practice medicine as you see fit.
- Provide primary and urgent care for pets.
- Collaborate with supportive staff, including remote nurses, for callbacks, scribing, and patient care.
- Utilize in-house technology to improve the veterinary team, pet, and client experience.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development, including CE in dental, ultrasound, and urgent care.
- Handle difficult client conversations with confidence and skill.
- Seek expertise from board-certified specialists on complex cases.
- Contribute to policy development and provide feedback to leadership.
- Maintain a high degree of integrity and accountability in all tasks.
