Requirements

  • Veterinary Medical Degree (DVM/VMD or foreign equivalent)
  • State licensure that is in good standing OR eligibility for such licensure; To include all states for clinics worked.
  • A passion for Bond Vet’s mission to provide a superior vet experience for both patients and employees.
  • The ability to multi-task with a high degree of integrity and accountability.
  • A collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Practice medicine as you see fit.
  • Provide primary and urgent care for pets.
  • Collaborate with supportive staff, including remote nurses, for callbacks, scribing, and patient care.
  • Utilize in-house technology to improve the veterinary team, pet, and client experience.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development, including CE in dental, ultrasound, and urgent care.
  • Handle difficult client conversations with confidence and skill.
  • Seek expertise from board-certified specialists on complex cases.
  • Contribute to policy development and provide feedback to leadership.
  • Maintain a high degree of integrity and accountability in all tasks.
