About The Position

Ian's Pizza is hiring a Server for its East Side location. The role is in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and centers on providing great customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and helping the team keep the restaurant running smoothly. Servers greet customers, serve pizza slices, prepare salads, operate the register, keep their work area clean and stocked, complete shift checklists with the team, and pitch in where needed.

The position requires standing and walking for extended periods and regularly lifting up to 30 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. Servers must be comfortable working with food allergens, kitchen equipment, varying temperatures, and a loud, fast-paced environment. Late-night shifts from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. are required once per week. Ideal candidates are available for weekday and weekend closing shifts. Part-time or full-time hours are available.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide IDs.
• Able to stand, walk, and be on their feet for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Comfortable working with food allergens, kitchen equipment, varying temperatures, and loud, fast-paced environments.
• Available to work a late-night shift from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. once per week.
