About The Position

Bond Vet is dedicated to strengthening the human-animal bond through superior pet care, offering primary and urgent care services. Our clinics are designed to be welcoming and technologically advanced, with systems developed in-house to enhance the experience for veterinary teams, pets, and clients. Following a merger with Small Door Veterinary in July 2026, the combined organization will operate over 55 clinics across major markets, serving a significant pet population. This role is crucial in advancing the company's mission to transform veterinary care. Bond Vet prioritizes sustainability and the well-being of its veterinary staff, ensuring they are supported to provide excellent care. The role includes supportive staff, access to advanced technology, a positive clinic environment, and the autonomy to practice medicine with mental, physical, and financial support.

Requirements

  • Veterinary Medical Degree (DVM/VMD or foreign equivalent)
  • State licensure that is in good standing OR eligibility for such licensure; To include all states for clinics worked.
  • A passion for Bond Vet’s mission to provide a superior vet experience for both patients and employees.
  • The ability to multi-task with a high degree of integrity and accountability.
  • A collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide primary and urgent veterinary care.
  • Practice medicine with autonomy and support.
  • Collaborate with supportive staff, including remote nurses.
  • Engage in personalized training and mentorship.
  • Participate in continuing education for dental, ultrasound, and urgent care.
  • Build tools and confidence for difficult client conversations.
  • Consult with board-certified specialists for case expertise.
