Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required
- Active licensure without restrictions in the state of Michigan or ability to obtain licensure
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship abilities
- Excellent clinical judgment and medical decision making
- Strong time management, prioritization, and delegation skills
