Hospice experience is not required; support is offered as veterinarians transition into the field. The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-day schedules, including self-managed flexible scheduling options with prorated compensation. Four-day positions start at $120,000 annually, and five-day positions offer a $145,000 annual base salary, with additional quarterly performance-based bonus opportunities. Requirements

DVM, VMD, or equivalent veterinary degree.
Active North Carolina veterinary license or eligibility.
Valid driver's license.

Availability consistent with the position's schedule, including some weekends.
