About The Position

Vineyard Veterinary Hospital is seeking a dedicated Small Animal Veterinarian to join their friendly, collaborative team on either a full-time or part-time basis. As an A-Class Veterinary Hospital, they provide a high standard of care to pets across the Hawkesbury, Hills, and surrounding regions. Requirements

• BVSc (or equivalent) with NSW registration (or eligibility)
• Ideally 3+ years’ experience in small animal practice
• Confident in both consulting and surgery
• Strong communicator and team player
• Passionate about high-quality patient care and client relationships

Responsibilities

• Consulting and building strong client relationships
• Performing routine and advanced surgeries (including soft tissue and orthopaedics)
• Working up cases with advanced diagnostics
• Preventative health and wellness care
• Emergency and urgent case management
• Collaborating closely with skilled nurses and fellow vets
• Maintaining high-quality clinical records
• Providing phone advice for after-hours cases
• Performing occasional after-hours procedures (e.g., caesareans)
