The practice offers a "full-scope" medicine approach, allowing veterinarians to utilize their skills in general practice, internal medicine, diagnostics, dentals, urgent care, and surgery. The hospital is equipped with advanced diagnostics like digital radiographs and ultrasound, and provides on-site boarding. They emphasize collaboration, mentorship, and a supportive team environment, with a strong doctor-to-tech ratio. The role involves providing compassionate care, performing diagnostics and surgery, and collaborating with colleagues. There is an opportunity to bring in personal professional interests or niches. Requirements
