About The Position

The Director of Dining Services oversees the day-to-day operations of a dining account and manages and leads a team of associates. The role includes managing client relations and ensuring that food offered to customers is of superior quality. The Director works with the Chef and management team to create menus and provide top-quality food, oversees account profit and loss and budgeting, and rolls out new culinary programs.

Requirements

• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience.
• High-volume production and catering experience.
• Previous experience managing a budget.

• A bachelor's degree in hospitality or culinary studies is preferred.
• Desire to learn and grow with a foodservice company.
