About The Position

Crysler Animal Hospital and AniMed Animal Hospital are seeking a full-time or part-time veterinarian to join their growing companion-animal general practices in the Kansas City metro. The position offers a flexible schedule at either hospital or split between both, shaped around the veterinarian’s preferences. Compensation may be structured as base salary, hourly pay, or ProSal with no negative accrual. A sign-on bonus is available, commensurate with experience and schedule preference. There are no on-call or after-hours responsibilities. The veterinarian will provide medical and surgical care and is expected to be confident with general procedures such as spay, neuter, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery. The hospitals welcome candidates across a range of experience levels and schedule needs. Strong communication, compassionate client care, and effective collaboration with colleagues are essential. Crysler is a full-service hospital serving the Kansas City metro and providing companion-animal and exotic-pet care, from wellness exams and vaccinations to advanced diagnostics and surgery. Its equipment includes digital and dental radiography, in-house labs, ultrasound, and CO2 laser. Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college.
Active Missouri veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain one.
Current DEA and MO BNDD licenses, or ability to obtain them.
Openness to a flexible full-time or part-time schedule at one or both hospital locations.
Strong communication skills, a compassionate approach with clients, and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Confidence in general procedures such as spay, neuter, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery.
