About The Position

Sploot is seeking a Veterinarian to join their Urgent Care + General Practice team. This role offers a supportive environment with a focus on high-quality medicine, featuring 45-minute appointments, strong pre-visit triage, and a fully staffed nursing team. The position allows veterinarians to concentrate on patient care without the chaos of overbooked schedules. Sploot offers a balanced mix of urgent care and wellness cases, with Medical Directors available for consults. There are no non-compete contracts, encouraging veterinarians to stay due to job satisfaction.

Requirements

DVM/VMD licensed (or eligible) in Colorado.
Comfortable asking questions and excited to keep growing and developing your skills.
TN visa support available for Canadian and Mexican veterinarians.

Nice To Haves

1+ year of experience preferred (strong mentorship available).
Experienced in and excited about surgeries and dentals.

Responsibilities

Practice high-quality medicine.
Manage a balanced mix of urgent care and wellness cases.
Collaborate with a skilled nursing team and Medical Directors.
Conduct 45-minute appointments.
Utilize strong pre-visit triage to be prepared for appointments.
Perform surgeries and dentals (preferred).
