About The Position

Sploot is seeking a Veterinarian to join their Urgent Care + General Practice team, offering a supportive environment with no overnights. The role emphasizes high-quality medicine with extended appointment times, robust pre-visit triage, and a dedicated nursing team to minimize chaos and allow focus on patient care. Sploot offers a balanced mix of urgent care and wellness cases, with medical directors available for consultations. The practice does not require non-compete contracts.

Requirements

DVM/VMD licensed (or eligible) in Illinois.
Comfortable asking questions and excited to keep growing and developing your skills.
TN visa support available for Canadian and Mexican veterinarians.

Nice To Haves

1+ year of experience preferred (strong mentorship available).
Experienced in and excited about surgeries and dentals.

Responsibilities

Practice high-quality medicine with 45-minute appointments.
Engage in strong pre-visit triage.
Collaborate with a fully staffed nursing team.
Consult with Medical Directors.
Manage a balanced mix of urgent care and wellness cases.
Perform surgeries and dentals (preferred).
