About The Position
Pieper Veterinary – Madison is seeking an additional veterinarian for its urgent care team in Madison, Connecticut. The clinic provides care seven days a week for pets with non-critical illnesses and injuries, managing walk-in patients and emphasizing high-quality medical care and client experience. The team works in a positive, collaborative environment that supports learning and teaching, with experienced veterinary technicians and assistants cross-trained to support efficient patient care. Veterinarians can collaborate with specialists across the network when needed. The role offers four shifts weekly with rotating weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide urgent care for pets with non-critical illnesses and injuries.
- Manage walk-in patients and deliver best practices in medicine and client experience.
- Work collaboratively with veterinary technicians, assistants, and specialists to support patient care.
