About The Position
Riverbank Animal Hospital is a modern, appointment-based clinic serving small animals across Eastern North Carolina. We provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care in a supportive environment with advanced technology and an experienced support team. Established in 2013, Riverbank Animal Hospital offers state-of-the-art veterinary care in a welcoming, professional environment. Our clinic features 5 exam rooms, a full-service surgical suite, and boarding facilities. We focus on appointment-based care for optimal patient and staff experience. After-hours emergencies are handled by local emergency hospitals. We are dedicated to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, creating an environment where all staff and clients feel welcomed and valued.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution.
- Active veterinary license in North Carolina.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with digital radiology and ultrasound.
- Familiarity with in-house diagnostics.
- Experience with laser therapy.
- Proficiency with paperless medical records software (Cornerstone).
- Experience with multiple anesthesia machines and surgical tables.

- Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care for small animals.
- Utilize advanced technology and resources for patient care.
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team, including a 3:1 tech-to-doctor ratio.
