About The Position
Animal Hospital of Dunedin is seeking a full-time or part-time Veterinarian with a strong interest in dentistry to provide medical, surgical, and dental care to cats and dogs. The role also offers the opportunity to incorporate acupuncture and other integrative medicine into practice; the hospital has a busy acupuncture service and strong client demand. The veterinarian will work with a skilled, dedicated team and have access to a dedicated surgical area and support to develop surgical skills. The schedule is designed to support time away from work, with no on-call shifts. Animal Hospital of Dunedin is a modern, fully equipped practice in Dunedin, Florida, with digital radiology, ultrasound, a dedicated surgical area, and an in-house laboratory. Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution.
- Active veterinary license in Florida.
- Strong interest in dentistry and desire to perform more dental care.
- Experience with routine spay and neuter procedures.
Nice To Haves
- Additional soft tissue surgery experience.
- Acupuncture training or certification; it is not required.
