About The Position

PriorityPet is seeking entrepreneurial veterinarians to partner with the company as Medical Directors and equity owners of urgent care practices built together. The role offers immediate ownership opportunities without out-of-pocket costs. PriorityPet provides a new building, state-of-the-art equipment, and business support, while veterinarians retain medical autonomy and lead their hospital’s culture. Practice location is flexible: candidates can identify where they would like to build. The role includes leading and managing a team, delivering high-quality veterinary medicine, and mentoring other veterinarians.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Active veterinary state license.
• At least 3 years of veterinarian experience.
• Current DEA license and USDA accreditation, or obtain them upon hire.
• Compassionate leadership experience and willingness to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture.
• Effective communication skills and a drive to provide high-quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PriorityPet to build and own an urgent care veterinary practice.
• Serve as Medical Director and lead the hospital.

• Exercise medical autonomy while working with the company’s business support.
