Fourmile Veterinary Clinic in Cañon City, CO, is seeking a full-time Veterinarian to join our trusted practice serving the community for generations. Whether your passion is small animal medicine or mixed animal practice, we’re open to tailoring the opportunity around your interests and experience. Fourmile Veterinary Clinic has served the Cañon City community for generations, providing comprehensive care for companion animals, livestock, and mixed animal patients. Requirements
- DVM or VMD from an accredited institution
- Valid Colorado veterinary license
Nice To Haves
- Mixed animal experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Practice small animal or mixed animal medicine.
- Provide comprehensive care for companion animals, livestock, and mixed animal patients.
- Focus on being the best doctor you can be with support from experienced technicians and assistants.
- Pursue individual clinical interests within the mixed-animal practice, including companion animal medicine, large animal care, herd health, surgery, dentistry, or preventative care.
- Perform 4-H livestock health inspections.
- Advocate for and support beef production in the state of Colorado.
