About The Position

Sika is seeking an experienced Vertical Market Manager to grow its below-grade insulation product line. The role is accountable for achieving sales and profitability goals by generating new business and developing existing accounts. It provides direction and leadership to field sales staff and is responsible for customer satisfaction and market share in the assigned regional geography. The ideal candidate would live in the central region of the country. The manager will develop demand-creation plans to encourage key stakeholders—including school systems, private development owners, architect designers, and general contractors—to adopt Polyiso Below Grade instead of the historical XPS product line. The position also involves regional market analysis, strategic planning, target-account development, pricing, product-engineering support, and implementation of sales plans. Sika is a global specialty chemicals company and a leader in products and systems for construction, transportation, and other industries. The company operates in 103 countries and more than 400 factories, with approximately 33,000 employees. Sika describes its culture as entrepreneurial and emphasizes employee safety, well-being, community contribution, and sustainability.
