The Vertical Account Manager is responsible for acquiring new business and growing revenue within established enterprise accounts in the healthcare provider market. You'll Be Responsible For: Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual revenue objectives by managing territory projections, developing sales plans, and executing activities that identify and capture revenue opportunities. Developing and expanding relationships within assigned accounts to generate new business and increase customer value. Managing customer retention strategies and account roadmaps to protect and grow base revenue. Partnering closely with sales support, technical implementation, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs. Creating and executing effective account and territory plans aligned to business goals. Engaging account decision-makers to understand business needs and uncover opportunities for expansion. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
