About The Position

As a Vendor Management Reporting Analyst, you will help build standardized, effective performance metrics and SLAs. You will ensure consistent reporting and compliance tracking for key strategic vendors. Key responsibilities will include: Develop and maintain standardized procedures to implement and monitor vendor performance metrics and SLAs Monitor vendor performance results against contracted service levels Perform routine evaluations of vendor performance and software adherence Build and update ServiceNow dashboards for real-time access to vendor performance Prepare and present regular and ad hoc vendor performance and compliance reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in analytical, economics, computer science, or finance
• Minimum of 2 years of experience or recent college grad with professional internship experience
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with pivot tables and PowerBI is a plus
• Experience working cross-functionally with minimal supervision
• Ability to travel minimally, up to once a quarter
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record in vendor management
