We're seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Vendor Management Analyst to oversee the Bank's third-party vendor program. This role serves as the central point of coordination for vendor onboarding, due diligence, contract management, risk assessments, and ongoing vendor performance monitoring. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in vendor management, risk, compliance, procurement, or project management preferred
• Strong organization, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Detailed oriented with a focus on compliance and process improvement

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor onboarding, due diligence, monitoring, and offboarding
• Coordinate vendor risk assessments and documentation requirements
• Track contracts, renewals, service levels, and vendor performance
• Partner with internal teams to ensure compliance and risk management standards are met
• Maintain vendor records and reporting within vendor management systems
• Support audits, exams, and Board reporting
• Identify and implement process improvements
