Requirements

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you're comfortable working cross-functionally with suppliers, merchants, and logistics teams.
High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Proficiency in forecasting tools and Excel (or similar analytics tools).

Experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships and align on financial plans, forecasts, and strategic goals.
Develop and maintain monthly SKU-level forecasts that align with business goals and demand trends.
Analyze sales and inventory data to improve product availability, reduce excess stock, and boost service levels.
Recommend SKU and category-level changes based on performance, customer demand, and regional trends.
Support margin improvement by managing seasonal, promotional, and discontinued products.
Identify cost-saving opportunities in transportation, order cycles, and flow paths.
Create and manage purchase orders from supplier to distribution center to stores.
Communicate sales, inventory, and service KPIs by SKU and store to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Execute store transfers and allocations to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time.
Achieve key performance metrics defined by executive leadership.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with the utmost discretion.
