About The Position

The Vendor Compliance Auditor audits the quality of incoming loads, ensures compliance with established standards, and identifies deviations. The position involves observing loads on arrival, reviewing them for violations, documenting root causes using tablet procedures, and validating information before reporting violations. The role is based in a warehouse environment with concrete floors and changing temperatures. The schedule is first shift, 5:00 a.m. to finish, Monday through Saturday. The stated pay is $700–$760 or more per week.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Familiarity with pallet-building standards.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety standards.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with concrete floors and changing temperatures.
• Ability to frequently bend, crouch, stoop, and twist.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Visual acuity to inspect loads.

Responsibilities

• Observe the quality of loads on arrival.
• Review loads for violations.
• Identify and document root causes using tablet procedures.
• Communicate violations by gathering up to 30 photographs, using multiple angles if necessary.
• Validate information before reporting violations.
