About The Position

The Vendor Compliance Auditor audits the quality of incoming loads, ensures compliance with established standards, and identifies deviations. The role has no supervisory responsibilities. The auditor observes and reviews loads for violations, documents root causes using tablet procedures, communicates violations with photographs, and validates information before reporting violations. The work takes place in a warehouse environment and involves inspecting loads and handling physical tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail.
• Familiarity with pallet building standards.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety standards.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with concrete floors and changing temperatures.
• Ability to frequently bend, crouch, stoop, and twist.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Visual acuity to inspect loads.

Responsibilities

• Observe the quality of loads on arrival.
• Review loads for violations.
• Identify and document root causes through tablet procedures.
• Communicate violations by gathering up to 30 photographs, using multiple angles if necessary.
• Validate information prior to reporting violations.
