About The Position

The Auditor is responsible for accurately and safely picking, handling, organizing, and preparing warehouse products for shipment. The role uses pick tickets and RF scanners, follows FIFO practices, maintains product inventory locations, and performs related warehouse duties as directed. The position requires working in a cold environment and meeting the stated physical demands.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to read, write, communicate, and comprehend English sufficiently to perform job tasks, including reading labels, pick lists, scanner displays, and signage; communicating with coworkers and the general public; understanding oral and written instructions; and completing shipping papers, reports, and records.
• Ability to operate assigned equipment, including various types of forklifts and handheld scanners, with training.
• Good judgment in safely and efficiently handling customers’ products and communicating tactfully and diplomatically.
• Ability to work in a cold environment and withstand cold temperatures.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including standing, sitting, and walking throughout the day; repeated torso twisting while lifting, pushing, and pulling inventory from shelves; and regularly lifting 20 to 100 pounds.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with CK31 and CK71 scanners.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions on pick tickets accurately, consistently, and safely.
• Use an RF scanner to input, organize, and export products within the warehouse.
• Identify and pick cases of product from inventory locations.
• Pick, palletize, wrap, and scan orders using FIFO (First In First Out).
• Hand-stack products in a specified sequence and location on pallets for shipment.
• Return undelivered products to their proper inventory locations.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance duties as directed by the warehouse supervisor.
• Observe safe product-handling techniques.
• Cooperate with supervisors and peers.
• Be punctual and consistently available for work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
