About The Position

ABM is seeking a reliable Vehicle Service Attendant to clean and maintain rental cars. The role includes driving vehicles as part of cleaning duties and following established safety, security, compliance, and quality procedures. Locations depend on availability and may include Pasadena, downtown Los Angeles, and West Hollywood. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., plus weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Weekend shifts are required. The stated pay rate is $18.42 per hour; individual offers may vary based on experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market alignment. On-the-job training is provided.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a valid, unexpired driver's license.
Must pass a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and drug test.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain rental cars by vacuuming, cleaning windows, wiping down interiors, and using air freshener.
Follow procedures for using chemical cleaners to prevent damage.
Remove stains from carpets and other interior surfaces using chemicals and cleaning solutions, as needed.
Gather and empty trash.
Monitor building security and safety, including locking doors after operating hours and possibly checking electrical appliance use for hazards.
Drive vehicles while performing cleaning work.
Notify management about the need for minor or major repairs or facility additions.
Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers.
Comply with company, client, and regulatory safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures.
