About The Position

The Vehicle Service Agent services and inspects rental vehicles to prepare them for customer use. The role includes transporting vehicles from the service area to customer pick-up or other locations, maintaining gas and other requested logs, and keeping the work area clean. The position has no direct supervisory responsibilities and reports to the Service Supervisor and Location Manager. Duties may change based on business needs.

Requirements

• Have a valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle report.
• Be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have excellent attention to detail.
• Be able to work all required shifts.
• Be willing to work outside in nearly all weather conditions.
• Have strong time management skills.
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to operate vehicles safely and courteously.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service rental vehicles for customer use.
• Review inspection checklists to ensure vehicles are properly prepared.
• Transport customers to and from the rental center as required.
• Deliver vehicles to appropriate locations as directed.
• Maintain the service area, equipment, tools, and cleaning supplies.
• Maintain gas logs and other logs as requested by management.
• Inspect and park cars as directed.
• Perform related duties as required or assigned.
