About The Position
America's Auto Auction (Jacksonville) is seeking an Outside Vehicle Registration Clerk. This is an opening with a growing national auto auction company. The role requires the ability to work on your feet for most of the day and work outdoors on the auction lot in various weather conditions. No experience is required as training will be provided.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Able to pass pre-employment screening
- Good customer service and detail skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to use hands to handle, tag, and move equipment and vehicle-related items
- Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
Responsibilities
- Manage dealer registration and customer check-in processes.
- Verify documentation and maintain accurate customer records.
- Process vehicle registration paperwork to support auction transactions.
- Communicate registration requirements and next steps to customers.
- Maintain accurate logs, files, and documentation.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Service to resolve issues.
- Support efficient sale-day registration operations.
- Resolve documentation discrepancies and escalate issues as needed.
- Handle customer and transaction information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
