About The Position
America's Auto Auction (Savannah) is seeking an Entry-Level Outside Vehicle Registration Clerk. This is an opening within a growing national auto auction company. The role requires the ability to work on your feet for most of the day and outdoors on the auction lot in various weather conditions. No experience is required as training will be provided.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver's license & a good driving record.
- Able to work outside during all weather conditions.
- Able to be on your feet most of the day.
- Able to pass pre-employment screening.
- Able to work a phone and tablet during the registration process.
Responsibilities
- Manage dealer registration and customer check-in processes.
- Verify documentation and maintain accurate customer records.
- Process vehicle registration paperwork to support auction transactions.
- Communicate registration requirements and next steps to customers.
- Maintain accurate logs, files, and documentation.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Service to resolve issues.
- Support efficient sale-day registration operations.
- Resolve documentation discrepancies and escalate issues as needed.
- Handle customer and transaction information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
