About The Position

Sterling Automotive Group is seeking a dependable and organized team member to join our Auction Warehouse team. This position will primarily oversee the day-to-day process involving our loaner vehicles, while also supporting the preparation and operation of our monthly vehicle auction. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working independently, stays organized, and is willing to learn a variety of responsibilities within a fast-paced automotive environment.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and a good driving record
Minimum age of 21 years old OR have 3 full years of licensed driving experience, due to insurance purposes
Reliable and dependable
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working around vehicles and in a warehouse environment
Basic computer skills
Willingness to learn new processes and responsibilities
Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check & drug screen
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the day-to-day process for dealership loaner vehicles
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to loaner vehicles
Assist with preparing vehicles for the monthly auction
Tag and identify vehicles being prepared for auction
Take photographs of auction vehicles for listings and documentation
Assist with the movement and organization of vehicles throughout the warehouse and auction process
Learn and assist with the monthly auction run
Help ensure vehicles are properly prepared and organized prior to auction
Perform general warehouse and administrative duties as needed
Assist with other projects and miscellaneous tasks at the warehouse as assigned
