The Vehicle Parts Clerk is responsible for tracking and managing work orders via the company’s EBIS system for assigned shops. This role involves recording all completed work order information accurately in EBIS, supporting accounting in processing invoices for parts purchases, and receiving, analyzing, assigning, and updating/following up on work orders. The clerk will also monitor data quality, prepare reports for leadership, create and update PM schedules and asset information in EBIS, and train operational teams on the effective implementation of EBIS, SharePoint, and other systems. A key aspect of this role is ensuring all field work is captured, recorded, and correct on work orders, and operating effectively in a dynamic environment with frequent changes. The position requires interacting with all levels of the organization, customers, and vendors with integrity and professionalism, and fostering a collaborative team environment. The clerk must also attain company/personal measurable goals and objectives.
