About The Position
America's Auto Auction (Columbus Fair) is seeking an Outside Vehicle Registration Specialist. This role is for a growing national auto auction company. The specialist must be able to work on their feet for most of the day with limited opportunities to sit, and work outdoors on the auction lot in a variety of weather conditions.
Requirements
- Administrative, customer service, or related experience.
- Able to work outside during all weather conditions.
- Able to be on your feet most of the day.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Regular and consistent availability and attendance.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, for duration of employment.
- Clean driving record.
- Need to pass pre-employment screening.
Nice To Haves
- Some automotive related experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Manage dealer registration and customer check-in processes.
- Verify documentation and maintain accurate customer records.
- Process vehicle registration paperwork to support auction transactions.
- Communicate registration requirements and next steps to customers.
- Maintain accurate logs, files, and documentation.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Service to resolve issues.
- Support efficient sale-day registration operations.
- Resolve documentation discrepancies and escalate issues as needed.
- Handle customer and transaction information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
