About The Position

The Automotive Detailer is responsible for cleaning, detailing, and preparing vehicles for the auction to ensure they meet company appearance and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow a career in the automotive industry, with hands-on training provided in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering high-quality work and enjoys physically active, detail-focused tasks. Detailing experience is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Nice To Haves

Prior detailing experience is a plus but will consider a skilled trade background.

Responsibilities

Clean and detail vehicle exteriors, interiors, and engine compartments.
Prepare vehicles to meet auction-ready appearance and quality standards.
Use detailing tools, equipment, and cleaning products safely and effectively (training provided).
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure vehicles are completed on schedule.
Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
