About The Position

Plaza Infiniti in Creve Coeur is looking for a sophisticated, high-energy professional to join their elite sales team. This is a Service-to-Sales client advisor position focused on delivering an exceptional, seamless customer experience tailored to an affluent clientele. The role involves working with existing service customers to introduce them to the opportunity to trade in their current vehicle by presenting a complimentary appraisal. Plaza Infiniti is part of MileOne Autogroup, a large, privately-owned auto group, offering opportunities for career growth.

Requirements

  • Self-starter with strong initiative with a firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction
  • 2+ years Automotive Sales or related commission-based experience
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills, strong computer skills
  • Valid Driver’s License, with no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years and ALSO no major violations (DUI, careless driving, etc.) in the last 3 years

Responsibilities

  • Meet & Greet service clients
  • Introduce opportunity to trade, present offer for their car (if qualified)
  • Introduce “complementary appraisal” opportunity
  • Hand-in customer with personalized offer (printed the day before)
  • Engage with all service advisors and fresh ups in the drive
  • Leave behind offers in customer pick up cars
  • T.O any interested customer to Sales Manager
  • Review all appointments for next day, starting with high scores 50+ bps
  • Review customers deal sheet (customers current payment, equity position, service spent history, term of contract, etc.)
  • Call and confirm service appointment with customer, if customer confirms introduce a soft presentation for an evaluation on their car (e.g., your warranty is expired, we are looking for a car like yours, your lease is coming do)
  • If not able to make appointment; Leave voicemail, send text, video, or email to all service appointments with high scores.
  • Create leave behinds to all service appointment with scores higher than 50+ BPS (Follow up): Print offer, Print Carfax, and create folder or envelope. This will be either be handed in person to customer or placed in vehicle at time of pick up.
